Pionek is a boardgame event every 3 months in Gliwice.
Pionek 5 (2007-12)
I won the Blokus tournament (and got a copy of Blokus).
Pionek 6 (2008-03)
I ran the logical games tournament, with a round-robin system (6 contestants).
I won the logical games tournament (5 wins) (and got a copy of Wysokie Napięcie)
Anna and I came in second in the quiz contest (and got Carcassonne expansions)
Pionek 7 (2008-06)
I ran the logical games tournament, with a self-paired system, your first 5 games count, players decide which of many eligible games to play, and don't play a given title more than twice. There was a playoff for 2nd place between me and Korzeń.
I won the Neuroshima Hex tournament (4 wins in single elimination 4-round tournament) (and got a copy of Beowolf: Gra Planszowa)
Anna won the logical games tournament (5 wins) (and got a copy of Blokus, which she traded for Samurai)
I was 2nd in the logical games tournament (4 wins + playoff win) (and got a copy of Blefuj)
